Consistency is key. I’ve tried the whole sea moss thing several times but this time was different. I used it as directed every single day and the 2 main things that I noticed were 1) my skin looks amazing. Blemishes that would normally take 2 to 3 weeks to heal would heal in 4 to 5 days. My face is brighter and clearer than it has ever been. 2) the gentle detox it does on my body leaves me feeling Light and fully cleansed without that irritable bowel feeling that other detox products do.
